Korean Beef Bulgogi Marinade (BBQ Edition)

Korean BBQ: Easy Beef & Pork Belly Bulgogi Marinade


  • 454 g meat (thinly sliced beef or pork belly/pork shoulder)
  • 237 g store-bought Korean BBQ sauce (CJ or Wang brands)
  • 9.86 ml sesame oil
  • 2 green onions (thinly sliced)


  1. In a medium bowl, mix together Korean BBQ sauce, sesame oil, and chopped green onions. Mix well and adjust to taste if needed. If it’s too sweet, add a little light soy sauce.
  2. Once it’s to your liking, add the meat and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge for better results.
  3. Thinly sliced meat requires only 3 to 4 minutes of grilling. For bone-in meat, add an additional 2 minutes per side.
