Coat chicken/ tofu in beaten egg and cornflour. Deep fry and put aside. Heat all in a hot wok or frying pan, add spring onions and peppers, stir fry for 5 minutes. Add cooked chicken/ tofu and Golden Dragon Seasoning for 4 minutes. Add Shao Sing wine/ Dry Sherry and stir fry for 4 minutes. Serve with noodles or rice.
