Our chilli oil has been designed to enjoy, with all meats and fish. It can be used as a cooking ingredient or as a condiment. For best results fry onions until golden brown then add meat/ fish or vegetables/ quorn/ tofu. Stir fry until cooked before adding chilli oil. Alternatively, use as a dipping sauce.
