Ansung Tangmyun is one of Korea’s most beloved classic ramyun varieties, celebrated for its unique, savory, and mildly spicy broth. Unlike the sharp, fiery kick of Shin Ramyun, Ansung Tangmyun focuses on a deep, rich “beef and soybean paste” base. It is famous for its thinner, slightly softer noodles that absorb the broth exceptionally well, resulting in a comforting, home-style flavor reminiscent of traditional Korean stews.
