Cooking Instructions

Because these are high-quality, pure-starch noodles, proper boiling is key to achieving that signature chewy texture.

1. Boil: Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. (Use plenty of water so the noodles have room to expand.)

2. Cook: Add the dry noodles to the boiling water and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.

3. Test: Taste a strand—it should be fully translucent and have a distinct, springy “bounce” or “snap.”

4. Rinse: Immediately drain the noodles into a colander and rinse them thoroughly under cold running water. This step is crucial to remove excess surface starch and prevent the noodles from clumping together.

5. Prepare:
