Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce is a vegan and gluten free savoury-sweet sauce made from selected spices and ground soybeans, it’s a flavour traditionally found in Asian foods. Hoisin Sauce is used as a dressing in crispy aromatic duck and stir-fries.
Great for stir-fries, as a dip and as a marinade for ribs and roasts.
STICKY HOISIN SPARE RIBS
Marinate 500g spare ribs for 15 mins in 3 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce and 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce. Oven cook for 20 mins at 200?C / Gas 6. Brush with a further 1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce and cook for a further 5 mins or until cooked through.
